Closure

The cessation of operation of a phosphogypsum stack system and the act of securing such a system so that it will pose no significant threat to human health or the environment. This includes closing, long-term monitoring, maintenance and financial responsibility. (As defined by Chapter 62-673 Phosphogypsum Management)
